About US

At God’s Children Ministries, we believe every person in need is one of God’s children. Helping them is how we live out the call of Scripture. You do not have to share our faith to give or serve alongside us. Generosity comes from the goodness of the heart, and everyone who wants to help is welcome.

Mission Statement

God's Children exists to restore hope, dignity, and independence by providing homeless individuals and families with safe housing, educational opportunities, career development, childcare, and compassionate support that leads to lasting transformation.

Vision Statement

To build communities where every individual and family has access to safe housing, quality education, meaningful employment, and the opportunity to thrive.

                                                                                      GOD’S CHILDREN MINISTRIES

Empowering Children, Families, and Communities Through Education, Employment, and Care.

God’s Children Ministries is committed to creating pathways that help individuals and families move toward education, employment, stability, and long-term self-sufficiency. Through partnerships with TMEP Career Coaching Institute, TMEP Consulting, and Bees Christian Academy, the ministry seeks to connect people with practical resources, professional development, workforce opportunities, and quality childcare.

TMEP Career Coaching Institute — Education and Career Development

TMEP Career Coaching Institute supports individuals who want to develop new skills, strengthen their professional qualifications, enter the workforce, or advance their careers. The Institute provides workforce education designed to prepare participants for real-world employment opportunities and changing industry needs.

Participants can receive preparation and support for professional certifications that can strengthen their qualifications and improve their competitiveness in the workforce. Career coaching provides individualized guidance to help participants identify career goals, understand potential career pathways, strengthen resumes, prepare for interviews, and develop strategies for securing employment.

Job-readiness programs focus on the practical skills individuals need to successfully enter and remain in the workforce, including communication, professionalism, workplace expectations, interviewing, and career planning. Leadership development programs are designed to help participants strengthen confidence, decision-making, communication, teamwork, accountability, and other skills necessary to become effective professionals and future leaders.

TMEP Consulting — From Training to Workforce Experience

TMEP Consulting provides opportunities for individuals to move beyond classroom education and gain practical professional experience. Through collaboration with employers, businesses, government entities, nonprofit organizations, and community partners, participants may have opportunities to apply their knowledge in real working environments.

Paid internships can provide participants with hands-on experience while allowing them to earn income and build their professional resumes. Apprenticeship opportunities can combine structured learning with practical workplace experience, helping individuals develop skills that employers need.

Employer partnerships are an important part of creating sustainable pathways into the workforce. TMEP Consulting seeks to collaborate with organizations that can provide training, mentorship, internships, apprenticeships, project assignments, and employment opportunities.

Project-based experience allows participants to contribute to actual professional projects, develop portfolios, demonstrate their capabilities, and gain experience that can strengthen future employment opportunities. When positions are available and individuals meet applicable qualifications, these pathways may also lead to direct employment opportunities.

Bees Family Childcare Academy — Childcare, Education, and Family Support

Bees Family Childcare Academy supports families by providing dependable childcare and early learning services for children from infancy through school age. The program is designed to create a safe, nurturing, educational, and supportive environment where children can learn, develop, and thrive while their parents work, attend school, pursue professional training, or build their careers.

Early childhood education focuses on supporting children’s cognitive, social, emotional, physical, and developmental growth while preparing young learners for future academic success.

Before- and after-school care provides working families with additional support outside traditional school hours. Weekend and overnight care may provide additional flexibility for parents whose employment, education, or other responsibilities extend beyond conventional childcare schedules.

For school-age children, homework support provides a structured environment where children can complete assignments and develop responsible study habits. Transportation services, where available, may help families coordinate children’s transportation between approved locations, schools, childcare programs, and other designated destinations.

Parent engagement programs are intended to strengthen the partnership between families and the Academy by encouraging communication, family participation, education, and access to resources that can support the entire household.

Bees Family Childcare Academy can also contribute to workforce development by creating direct employment opportunities in childcare, early education, administration, transportation, food service, and other operational areas as positions become available.

                                                                  Current Vision

The organization has established a Family Empowerment  that brings together transitional housing (God's Children Transitional Housing), a childcare center (Bees Family Childcare), virtual classrooms and career training support (TMEP Career Training Institute),  counseling services support, and employment resources (TMEP Consulting).  Women, children and families  can ccess housing, childcare, education, career coaching, internships, and employment support through a single, coordinated location, creating a seamless path from crisis to lasting independence. This integrated model reflects our vision of serving the whole family by removing barriers to education and employment while fostering long-term stability.

                                                                                 Long-Term Vision

Within five years, the organization aims to establish a Family Empowerment Campus that brings together transitional housing, a childcare center, classrooms, career training facilities, administrative offices, counseling services, and employment resources on one site. Families will be able to access housing, childcare, education, career coaching, internships, and employment support in a single, coordinated location, creating a seamless path from crisis to lasting independence.
